Collaborative Working proves to be Golden

Osborne has been awarded a gold accolade from Network Rail.
Route to Gold is a performance measurement initiative which aims to promote collaborative working behaviours, reduce costs caused by re-work and embed a culture of continuous improvement within the rail industry.

Osborne received the gold award for its work on Gomshall Level Crossing Footbridge in Surrey.

Comments included: “The Osborne site team working with Network Rail’s Construction Manager for this project and were able to form a good working relationship, which added to the collaborative working of the two companies in order to get this project completed ahead of the corporate milestone.”

Osborne also scooped recognition in the form of four silver awards across the Wessex region.

Network Rail scores their supply chain on the quality of products delivered, on projects and the behaviours associated with these. This is measured through information collated by the Network Rail Construction Managers.
