Talent Spotting for the Next Generation of Engineers

Osborne is always keen to attract new talent to the industry and has recently attended an engineering careers fair at Birmingham University. The careers fair was a showcase for students to learn more about the exciting world of engineering and the career paths it offers.
Malcolm Attrill and Richard Jones, represented Osborne. Richard is one of the Osborne sponsored students who is studying at Birmingham University, so was able to give his first hand experience.

There were 27 employers at the event and it was attended by 150 students.

The pink firm is always looking for ways to engage and raise awareness of not just Osborne as a business but the variety of careers that are available within the construction industry.

Osborne has a well-respected track record in engineering training and currently employs 27 graduate/undergraduate engineers, many of whom are putting their skills to good effect both on and off site.
