Osborne Takes the Temperature in Latest Supplier Satisfaction Survey

Feedback is growing increasing important in the industry, as it shows where companies are performing well and where improvements can be made.
With customer experience at the core of Osborne, they work to be as collaborative as possible with their supply chain partners to share best practice and continue to help each other develop skills.

The Infrastructure business at Osborne, recently invited almost 250 of their supply chain partners to take part in their Supplier Satisfaction Survey.
This was a chance for  supply chain partners to give valuable feedback on how Osborne are performing, allowing them better understand areas of strength and also areas where improvements could be made.

Positive results have included the company’s culture, positive behaviours, commitment to safety and supplier inclusion/engagement.

Osborne feels it’s on a journey to drive and influence improvements in health, safety and business performance on their projects.

Jason Everard, Head of Supply Chain for Infrastructure said:

“Osborne recognise that our suppliers are our people and that the skills and expertise that they bring with them is essential in delivering our business promises and making our customers successful. As per our last survey (Summer 2016) the feedback recently received from our supply chain is in the most part very encouraging and highlights our companies culture, positive behaviours, commitment to safety and supplier inclusion/engagement. We acknowledge however that we are on a journey and that it is our continued actions and behaviours that influence our ongoing relationships and drive improvements in health, safety and business performance on our projects.”
