Mercers Walk – Building Magazine Project of the Year

Osborne’s mixed use project, Mercers Walk in the heart of Covent Garden, has been named as a finalist in the Building Awards 2017 in the category of “Building Magazine Project of the Year.” The category celebrates projects that have exceeded expectations around design, sustainability, innovation and construction performance.
This challenging project, which delivered residential and retail space over five buildings on one site, has already won “Building Project of the Year” at the 2017 London and South East Constructing Excellence awards and has been put forward for their national awards later this year.

The winner will be announced at the Building Awards ceremony on the 7th November at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. Good luck to all involved including The Mercers’ Company, Hanover Cube LLP, Ian Ritchie Architects, Deloitte, KJ Tait Engineers and Fairhurst GGA.
