Osborne Commence Ten Year Partnership with Optivo
Osborne has commenced a 10 year partnership with Optivo to maintain 7,000 homes across East Sussex.
The Osborne Property Services team, including 21 new staff, began work at a newly sourced office on the outskirts of Hastings last week, which they will share with Optivo staff to include their contact centre.
Optivo is a new housing association, formed in May 2017, bringing together AmicusHorizon and Viridian Housing and is built on a shared commitment to building homes and communities that people love.
The service will be delivered using a term partnership contract and the co-location of the two organisation’s teams will maximise the benefits of closer working relationships and a collaborative service for residents.
Carol Bailey, Managing Director at Osborne Property Services, said: “After months of mobilisation work we are very excited to formally commence our contract with Optivo. Optivo’s vision for delivering great customer service is truly aligned with our own and we look forward to working in partnership with them on our exciting plans to deliver real benefits for communities in East Sussex.”
Steve Madell, Sussex Regional Asset Director at Optivo, said: “We’re delighted to be working with Osborne. At Optivo we place residents at the heart of our business and we’re confident that Osborne will go the extra mile to deliver a first rate repairs service to our Sussex customers.”
