Osborne Ranks in Top 20 Suppliers for Network Rail

Network Rail has revealed Osborne sits at number 17 within its list of top 20 suppliers for 2016/17.
At the top of the list, compiled by Network Rail, sits a number of familiar names in construction and engineering.

The top 20 suppliers shared out £3.69bn, up from £3.1bn previously, which accounted for half of Network Rail’s supplier spend.

Earlier this year, Osborne reported that 2016/17 saw another solid set of results with PBT up 19% at £3.6m with marginally increased sales at £348m.

Their secured work is up 4% at £461m (2016 – £445m). Aligned to this robust set of results is a further continuing improving safety performance with AFR down to 0.15 (2016 – 0.17) and consistency in their people retention at 87%.
