The FIR toolkit provides a range of free resources and materials such as toolbox talks, e-learning and a resource library. Osborne is proud to be one of the companies who were involved in developing the FIR toolkit.
Customers and other organisations in the industry are working together to develop a culture of Fairness, Inclusion and Respect (FIR) within their workplaces. This includes promoting equality and diversity and combating discrimination. They are increasingly expecting their supply chain partners to work with them to achieve this.
Promoting FIR brings many business benefits to the companies that work to achieve it. As an industry, we need to embrace FIR in order to attract, recruit, train and retain the skills and talent that we need to deliver a pipeline of works.
