Osborne Grows its Communities team

Osborne Communities has continued its exciting period of growth with the appointment of John O’Shea as Commercial Director to develop and oversee their commercial strategy.

Osborne Communities incorporates Osborne Homes and long-established Osborne Property Services, as well as the new Osborne Compliance business.  Communities’ mission is to provide a portfolio of wider in house solution to its clients.

John‘s appointment will help us further develop how we collaborate with our client teams to improve process efficiencies, reduce duplication and maximise available investment for our clients and standards of customer service.

In social housing, Osborne Communities provides repairs and maintenance services for 60,000 homes on behalf of a range of local authority and housing association clients across London the south of England.
In addition in recent months, Osborne Communities has secured £20m in contract wins, helping housing providers to build more than 100 homes.

Speaking about his new role, John O’Shea, commercial director at Osborne Communities, said:

I’m going to be looking at every aspect of our commercial strategy – roles, processes, tools, education and training – ensuring we continue to go from strength-to-strength.”
