Osborne Communities Appoint Simon Holmes to Develop Compliance Services

Osborne Communities has continued its exciting period of growth with the appointment of Simon Holmes as its new Compliance Director to develop and oversee a key part of its business strategy.

Simon, who has 25 years’ experience in compliance and operations within the social housing sector, will aim to further develop Communities compliance offering to customers, helping them to understand their obligations and risks in areas such as Gas safety, Fire safety, Electrical safety and asbestos.

He will be tasked with fully integrating Osborne Compliance Ltd with Osborne Communities, adding significant value for new and existing clients.

Simon said: “I am delighted to have joined Osborne Communities at a time of significant growth.

“Over the next 18 months we will develop attractive Compliance offerings allowing us to increase the services we provide to our existing customers and tender for stand-alone contracts, building new client relationships.
