Safia makes Graduate of the Year Shortlist 2018

Congratulations go to Safia Whitwham, Assistant Site Manager at Osborne who has been shortlisted in the Graduate of the Year category as part of the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE) London Civil Engineering Awards 2018.

Winners will be announced by Maggie Philbin, Broadcaster and President of the Institution of Engineering Designers at a black tie dinner on 24 May in London.

As well as working at Osborne, Safia is also Chair of the Institution of Civil Engineers London Graduate and Students Committee.

ICE London’s various committees and panels bring together like-minded people and give members the opportunity to increase their knowledge, find advice, and raise the profile and standard of civil engineering. The G&S Committee organises events, courses, competitions and various activities to help members develop their careers and to meet and socialise with other graduates.

Previously, Safia won the accolade of Most Promising Trainee Civil Engineer at the CECA (Civil Engineering Contractors Association) Awards.
