Osborne Hosted STOP Think! Leaders Day

Osborne recently hosted a Leaders day at Denbies Vineyard in Dorking, which engaged leaders from across the Infrastructure business, our customers, including Highways England, Connect Plus and Network Rail as well as supply chain partners.

Feedback from the Leaders Day was extremely positive, with attendees commenting that it has helped them both in their professional lives and at home, helping them to think differently and  make better decisions. Other feedback included the need for Leaders days to be come a twice a year event and that all parties would like other people in their business to continue to attend STOP Think! sessions.

In fact,  there was a real eagerness from customers and supply chain partners alike to have their own people trained to become STOP Think! champions and therefore able to confidently deliver sessions within their own businesses. Osborne will be fully supporting this initiative!

Osborne will now embark on delivering an extensive programme of STOP Think! refreshers, following on from previous workshops which Osborne have been running since 2013.

Seeing some familiar faces, as well as some ‘new’ ones and hearing stories of how STOP Think! has made such a positive impact was very rewarding.
