Osborne is continuing to focus on improving quality and performance and has appointed Angelique Macrez, as Group Performance Improvement Manager.

Angelique held previous roles at Bouygues and MTR Crossrail before joining Osborne in a group-wide role, to ensure our business management systems support our objective of continuing to become a learning organisation.

Speaking about her new role at Osborne, Angelique commented: “I love it. It’s an exciting role which allows me to work closely with people from different businesses within Osborne. It’s capturing and sharing good practice across our organisation; as well as looking for and implementing new quality initiatives that will help drive improvement, not only within our organisation, but also within our industry. It’s challenging and I strongly believe that Osborne are firmly up for the challenge!”
