There is Always Time for Your Health and Wellbeing

Recently, Osborne held mental health drop in sessions across various offices and sites.

The feedback received, has been positive and people felt that the information shared has been useful and has started to reduce the stigma around mental health at work.

Teams also discussed mindfulness and how this can help to improve mental and physical wellbeing.

To support their employees, Osborne has now trained 40 Mental Health First Aiders from across the business to help encourage people to talk more freely about mental health, reduce stigma and create a more positive culture.

Mental health issues are a normal part of life; in any one year approximately 1 in 4 people experience at least one diagnosable mental health issue.
