Wellbeing at Work

Osborne is testing out a wellbeing kiosk, this week at its head office in Reigate.

Each Health Kiosk is a state of the art machine providing the user with the facility to take their own health metrics, in confidence, without having to make an appointment to see a health professional.

The kiosk provides advice and guidance, but gives the user responsibility for taking action where needed.

The physical tests the kiosk takes are:

Weight & BMI
Body Fat
Blood Pressure
Heart Rate

The kiosk can also give the user their ‘Heart Age’, which is a useful and easy to understand idea of their general health.

Users can (and are encouraged to) register on the kiosk.

If they do register, they do not have to give their name or contact details, unless the user wises to.

The entire Health Check takes about 5 minutes for each individual.  Users may want to allow additional time if they want to browse the additional health information within the machine or they can have the report emailed to them.
