Refurb for Residents in Pimlico

Osborne has won a planned works contract with CityWest Homes in Westminster, London, to refurbish a residential building in Pimlico.

The renovations, which are expected to take around 10 months, include roofing works, brick work and concrete repairs, and the refurbishment of balconies and timber windows.

Residents will also benefit from the redecoration and rewiring of their communal spaces, as well as estate works to the areas surrounding the building.

Andrew Gratton, Contracts Manager for Osborne said: “Osborne is going to be conducting major improvements to this beautiful listed building over the coming months and we’re looking forward to working on this project.  As always, refurbishment work will lead to many questions from residents, so we invited residents to a ‘meet the team’ event, providing an opportunity for questions.  Communication with residents is a top priority for us and our dedicated Customer Liaison Officer, Lesley Gale will be keeping residents up to date about our progress and informing them if and when we need access to their homes in order to carry out surveys and works.”
