A Busy Play Day in Slough
Osborne supported Active Slough’s annual Play Day earlier this week, one of the busiest family events of the year and part of National Play Day, a campaign that highlights the importance of play in children’s lives.
Over 2,000 people from across the borough got involved in a variety of activities including a bouncy castle, face painting, sporting activities and a mini farm.
Osborne Communities, which partners Slough Council in providing planned works and repairs to over 7,000 local homes, hosted a stall which included a lollypop dip and a colouring competition, where the winners could win a prize bag of goodies.
On a hot day the stall was busy throughout, allowing the Osborne team to engage with lots of young people and families from across Slough.
