Osborne is a Finalist in Building Awards 2018
Our recently completed Hackney Town Hall Phase 4 project has been selected as a finalist in the Refurbishment Project of the Year category at the Building Awards 2018.
With a record 130 entries across the 22 categories, we are delighted that this scheme has been recognised for its quality, craftsmanship and preservation. This was the culmination of a long, collaborative relationship with the London Borough of Hackney to modernise their existing 1930s art deco Town Hall for future generations to enjoy.
It is also further recognition for Project Manager, Matt Coleman and his team as the project has already won a RIBA London Award, a New London Architecture Award, been a finalist in the London and South East Constructing Excellence Awards in the Preservation and Rejuvenation category and Matt is a finalist in the Construction Manager of the Year Restoration category in October.
We will find out at the awards dinner on the 6 November if we have beaten the 10 other competitors to claim this prestigious award.
