This October, the Health and Wellbeing Calendar topic focuses on musculoskeletal awareness.

Osborne runs a Health and Wellbeing Calendar, which covers a different topic each month.

With eight out of ten people experiencing back pain at some point in their lives, this month looks at exercising our backs regularly, so walking and swimming can help. It reminds us to take regular breaks from sitting at desks and keeping correct posture.

We all know we should bend and lift correctly, but it reminds us of the correct lifting techniques.
