Sharing Insights on Off-Site Strategies

Osborne and Innovaré are set to share insights in maximising off-site strategies at the upcoming South East Consortium (SEC) Conference, to be held in Ebbsfleet on November 7th.

Osborne Homes Managing Director Andy Doylend and Innovaré Managing Director Pete Blunt have worked closely over the past year to review solutions for off-site build aligned with client strategies.

They will explain how their approach, focused on understanding client expectations and bringing the right people into the process at the right time, has improved performance and efficiency, as well as reducing waste and duplication of work.

The South East Consortium are a not for profit organisation delivering efficiency savings to the South East public sector including social housing providers, local authorities, education and health related organisations. Established in 2005, its members now collectively manage over 250,000 properties.

SEC Managing Director Marc Baines, said: “The SEC Conference is all about sharing insight through our collective network, so we are really looking forward to hearing from Andy and Pete about how Osborne and Innovaré are working together to maximise off-site strategies.

“This year’s event will once again be a great opportunity to meet public sector representatives and service providers, to share views on the various challenges faced by the public sector and how we can work together to tackle them.”

The presentation, titled ‘Maximising off-site strategies’ is one of over 30 taking place throughout the day across four themed zones, with Osborne sponsoring the Strategic Management Zone, where Andy and Pete will be speaking at 9.45am.

The event is FREE to public sector delegates with a small charge for others; however you must register in advance.
