Martin Johnson Appointed Head of Operations for Homes

Osborne Homes are pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Johnson to the newly created role of Head of Operations.

Homes, established early last year to fully align our affordable and social housing activities, has enjoyed an exceptional first year with a future order book of £20m.

This fast growth has led to a review of the leadership structure with Martin stepping up from his previous role as Pre-Construction Manager to lead on all day to day operations, reporting to Managing Director Andy Doylend.

Martin, who has a wealth of industry experience from trainee to Project Manager, leading on multi-phase developments of homes, student accommodation and care centres across the South East, will formally commence his new role on 1st November.

Martin said: “I have really enjoyed seeing the growth of Osborne Homes during the last year and look forward to playing a central role in helping us deliver quality new homes to our clients.”
