Festive Cheer

Our team were busy spreading festive cheer benefiting over 400 people across our communities in the run up to Christmas.

Community Investment Manager Neal, delivered his popular Christmas themed quiz at lunches for sheltered scheme residents in Winchester and Waltham Forest, whilst in Dacorum a team of Osborne elves dropped in to support a morning of festive fun for residents of Cranford House and the surrounding area.

Over 100 lunches were served at Trinity Winchester, a charity that supports homelessness, whilst users of The Waterside Centre in Dacorum – a day centre for adults with various learning and physical disabilities, enjoyed a Christmas performance of poems and carols from the Show Time Players, a group of retired performers, with support from our team, who also produced a sing-along booklet.

Our elves also wrapped gifts and supported fun and games for Young Carers and their families in both Winchester and Hastings, whilst our team in Slough held a Christmas Present Appeal in support of Hestia, a charity which supports adults and children in crisis.

Neal also assisted Santa at the Priory Court Christmas lunch and Fair in Waltham Forest, where our face painter was also kept busy.
