Q: Please tell us a little about your background and how you came to work for Osborne?

It was completely by chance! I had been contracting all over the South East and working nationally as well. I then took a phone call and was offered a job contracting in my home town and it was a no brainer to accept! This went well and a permanent job became available. I applied without hesitation, and got the job!

Q: What does your role involve?

I work on all aspects of electrical work, which vary from installations to maintenance. I also deal with emergency call outs.

Q: What challenges do you face in your role?

Sometimes, I have to deal with unhappy residents, but I treat this with a positive outlook and deliver the best customer service possible.

Q: What’s the best thing about your job?

Putting it simply, I love it! As I now work in my home town, I have a fantastic work-life balance which is great!

Q: How do you like to spend your time when you’re not at work?

I love being a Dad, so when I’m not at work, you’ll find me at a park with my little girl, swimming or playing Lego! I also like to do Thai Kickboxing and playing football.
