Supporting the ‘Heart of Sidley’ family fun day

The Osborne team supported the Heart of Sidley Family Fun Day for the second year in a row.

The Heart of Sidley is a partnership which consists of local residents and traders to regenerate the village and surrounding area by working together as a community. The organisation organises a number of events across the area, one of which is the annual family fun day.

We attended the event and set up our stand, complete with a soft archery game which proved to be incredibly popular. At our gazebo, we also had a sugar free lolly lucky dip and Rosie, our mascot walked around the event to meet local residents and their families.

Rosie went to tug of war with the Heart of Sidley mascot, with many children cheering on their heroes.

Jo Fletcher, Head of Engagement commented;  “This event really does encourage people to be a part of the community and to enjoy outdoors.  Just over 900 visitors attended the fun day and with such a wide programme of activities meant that there was something for everyone.”
