Osborne Sells its Interest in Winchester Student Residential Investments

Osborne is delighted to announce the disposal of our interest in Winchester Student Investments, Riverside Way and Cathedral Point, to Arlington Investors for £54m.

The sale of the properties totalling 496 beds follows the development and operation over the past 5 years by the joint venture with Student Residents Investment Ltd (SRIL).
