Osborne Strengthens Electrification & Plant Team

Osborne has strengthened its Railway Electrification and Plant team with the addition of three new key appointments.

Paul Welch joins as Programme Manager E&P. Paul has extensive specialist experience in major upgrade projects covering all aspects of power delivery, power distribution and mechanical and electrical systems.

Sam Eversfield joins as Senior Project Manager E&P. Sam has extensive rail engineering and project management experience with principal E&P organisations on Network Rail Frameworks. Recent schemes include the Safer Isolations projects providing automatic secure and safe isolations, traction power systems and traction power enhancements.

Richard Jackson joins as Senior Planner E&P. Richard’s experience includes delivery of Network Rail CP5 Electrification & Plant frameworks in the South East & Wessex areas. Typical projects include the £38m PSU-ETE Enhancements and the £15m Brighton Mainline re-signalling project.

Operations Director Matt Smith commented: “Our multi-disciplinary rail opportunities continue to grow and develop. I am therefore not only delighted to be strengthening our E&P team but in particular attracting the calibre of Paul, Sam and Richard into these new appointments.”
