World Quality Day 2020 – Thursday 12th November

We are very pleased to support World Quality Day 2020 on Thursday 12th November and this year’s theme of ‘Creating Customer Value’ resonates with all of us.

Taking a different approach from last year, our CEO, Andy Steele and the business leaders have produced videos to launch our virtual Quality Stand Down’s and share what creating customer value means to them. Their thoughts will set the scene for team discussions with each team committing to one measurable idea which supports our customers and the quality culture shift within our business.

A virtual Whiteboard will capture and share each team’s commitments so that we can look back on our achievements as part of WQD 2021!
