Alice Groves joined Osborne in May 2016, initially working for our Infrastructure business as Contract Support Coordinator then promoted to Team Leader in October 2017. Joining Property Services in September 2019 as a Business Development Co-ordinator, Alice fully embraced her role. Through her structured monthly 1-2-1’s and Personal Development Programme, it soon became apparent where her career path should be focused. Alice’s passion within the housing sector, attention to detail and enthusiasm of bid writing has seen us investing in Alice so that she can gain the knowledge she needs to progress to becoming a confident and compelling bid writer.
With the volume of opportunities being realised within Property Services, we have also recognised the benefit we will gain in creating a role for an Apprentice Business Administrator. Apprenticeships offer so many advantages when it comes to attracting new talent and developing the best people for our business.
