Osborne secures place on the Network Homes Framework

Osborne is delighted to have been awarded a place on the £1.2bn housing construction framework for Network Homes. Osborne Built Environment Managing Director Gordon Kew added, “Utilising our own offsite manufacturing facility, we are able to offer Network Homes and their residents a high quality product, futureproofing their assets by delivering net zero carbon homes. We can build better, faster and greener, creating safe, warm and secure homes in vibrant communities.”

David Gooch, Executive Director of Development at Network Homes, said: “I’m confident that Osborne, and the firms selected will work closely with us to produce award winning developments which our customers will feel proud to live in. We plan to deliver a minimum of 1,000 affordable homes by 2023, in London and Hertfordshire. Around 2,500 homes have been secured so far based on strong relationships with Homes England, the Greater London Authority (GLA), and local councils across its operational area. Network currently has 18 projects on site, with more due to begin in the coming months. This includes a 575-home development in Southall and 1,600 homes at Northwick Park.”
