Steve Wakefield Appointed Account Manager for Osborne Property Services
Osborne has announced the appointment of Steve Wakefield to the role of Account Manager for Osborne Property Services Limited with effect from 22nd March 2021.

I am delighted to welcome Steve to our Slough contract where his social housing experience at senior level, will further enhance our collaborative and efficient service delivery.”
Steve has 16 year’s experience working within the social housing sector, with a strong focus on reactive maintenance, voids, planned and minor project works. Staring his career at Mears as a Partnership Manager, he progressed through various roles for 9 years before joining more senior roles for Councils, Housing Associations and Joint Ventures. With a solid understanding of managing contracts and developing partnering relationships to achieve better outcomes, Steve will be a valuable asset in leading the contract.
