Osborne Developments Completes Trio of New Appointments to Support Expansion

Ryan Harris and Kemi David have joined the Osborne Developments business, their arrival completes a trio of key appointments alongside Nick Kybert to support the team’s future growth in BTR and PBSA. 

Ryan has joined as ‘Head of Land and Investment’ and is responsible for securing new PBSA and BTR opportunities for the business.  Ryan brings a wealth of experience having worked in development across the South of England for close to 20 years.

Kemi has joined as a ‘Development Analyst’ to support the divisions growth plans, including working with institutional partners and funders.  Kemi has been an analyst for several years working within a REIT and Asset Management business.

These two new appointments will complement the appointment of Nick Kybert ‘Head of Delivery’ last summer.  Nick has a significant amount of experience in construction delivery from both contractor and investor perspectives, and leads the delivery function of the development business.
