New appointment in Dacorum

Osborne is very pleased to welcome Dean van Woerkom to the role of Account Manager for Osborne Property Services Limited with effect from 26th April 2021.

Working on our Dacorum Borough Council Contract, serving 10,500 properties, Dean joins Osborne Property Services with over 20 years of Social Housing sector experience at senior level, with the last 6 years focused on leading the operational and strategic regional functions within the industry. His broad on-site experience, with wide ranging expertise in social housing, maintenance and partnership delivery models, will see Dean drive collaboration and efficiencies across the contract.

Dean commented ‘What a great time to be joining Osborne, in such a unique period of change for our industry and economy. Throughout my career I have always been passionate about working with clients to deliver major projects whist developing strong relationships to bring trust, quality and partnership working, contributing to efficient service delivery. I am very much looking forward to working with team oat Dacorum.’
