The choices of apprenticeships within construction are wide reaching from trades and surveying, all the way across to community investment. Our aim is to create an exciting development opportunity where our apprentices can be the best version of themselves, bringing creative ideas and solutions, enabling us to stay ahead of the curve. Through our Apprenticeship Programme, we facilitate economic growth in the industry, whilst benefitting from a valued team member contributing to our business success.

Our latest recruit Louis has joined us as a Business Administrative Apprentice within our Business Development team. and he will be working and studying within his local borough of Slough. Louis will attend college one day a week to achieve his level 4 Apprenticeship, whilst working the remaining four days in our office, gaining valuable on the job work experience.

His practical experience will be over many different disciplines across the organisation, such as SHEQ, Marketing, Engagement, IT, HR, Finance, Operations, Commercial, Site Management and Customer Care. This will allow Louis to understand how all the disciplines work together to deliver outstanding service to our customers and our client partnerships.
