Osborne promotes Chelsea Hodgson to Head of Business Development

Osborne are excited to announce the promotion of Chelsea Hodgson to Head of Business Development as of the end of June 2021.

Over the past 3 years with Osborne Property Services, Chelsea, along with her energy and enthusiasm, has exceeded many goals. Joining us as our Senior Estimator, she has significantly contributed to the success and growth of our business plan and is recognised for her development. Chelsea will now be focused on leading our Bid Team, and creating opportunities to support our vision of being the service provider of choice.

Starting her career in the construction industry as a school leaver, Chelsea has gained an immense amount of experience in the housing sector, both client and contractor side. Starting out in a repairs call centre, Chelsea soon gained an interest in moving into a site based role where she achieved her Level 4 CIOB Diploma in Site Management. From there Chelsea progressed into a role as a Trainee Estimator, and went on to complete a HNC in Quantity Surveying, followed soon after with her 2:1 BSc (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying.

Relationships have, and continue to be at the heart of Chelsea’s core values. Both internally and externally, customer focus remain a priority and the primary foundation to build on our success.
