Osborne is Gearing Up for Significant Growth with Internal Promotions

Osborne Property Services Ltd (OPSL) has been dedicated to Social Housing for over two decades and has specialised its core business on responsive repairs, planned maintenance and compliance. They are acknowledged for their approach to collaborative partnership working and for delivering a great customer experience.

Having welcomed Vicky Fordham-Lewis into the business a year ago at the height of the pandemic, priority was focused on ensuring that its people, customers, and its communities were kept as safe as possible, whilst driving business continuity. Now with an exciting and ambitious revised strategy which addresses central governments zero carbon agenda for 2050, Osborne Property Services is now gearing up for further significant growth by promoting a senior team with an exemplary track record.

James Quy is to be promoted to Operations Director reporting directly into Vicky Fordham-Lewis. James has worked for OPSL for just over 5 years and is driving the recently secured zero carbon partnerships with the Greater London Authority as well as the South East Consortium Zero Carbon Retrofit Framework. Stepping into his previous role as Head of Operations, is James Dougall. James who has 4 years with Osborne, will oversee the contract performance and delivery across the business ensuring that strong relationships, governance, and value for money continues at its best. Further promotions to support the growth plans includes Alex McLean to Head of Compliance. Alex joined the business in December 2017 and will be responsible for leading and progressively developing Osborne compliance solutions, including real time reporting to keep homes safe.
