Throughout the pandemic, Lee has continued to support the housing sector by delivering carbon reduction works safely. Planning and implementation of pivotal plans designed with his client team, provided confidence of service delivery during a challenging period, placing the customer at the heart.
Osborne is excited to be welcoming Lee to the team and know that his area of specialism will play a vital role in our commitment to support the governments agenda of transforming homes and bringing them up to carbon zero for 2050.
Lee Whitby, Account Manager commented: “I’m excited to join the team at Osborne. Carbon reduction will be the focus of all local authorities over the next decade, our work is not just about reducing the energy we use to heat our homes, as fuel prices soar, the projects we are developing will help reduce the cost of heating homes across the country, reducing fuel poverty. I look forward to working with the team at Osborne Property Services, ensuring residents have affordable, warm, safe, and secure homes”
Vicky Fordham-Lewis, Managing Director said: “Supporting our new growth plans, Lee will lead our carbon zero works secured through the Greater London Authority (GLA) Innovation Partnership framework. This really is a very exciting and dynamic time in our sector as contractors, clients and customers come together to source and deliver the best solutions to meet the green agenda.”
