Two RIBA Award wins for Plumstead Centre

We are delighted to see our Plumstead Centre project undertaken by Osborne has won both the RIBA Regional London Award and RIBA London Conservation Award. The project was delivered through the London Construction Partnership Framework for our customer the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

Plumstead Library is a significant Grade II listed building perfectly located in the heart of Plumstead in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. The renovations provides its community with an inclusive range of cultural activities, a state of the art library, a multi-purpose gym and sports space promoting staying active. This £16m project is the flagship element of the Plumstead Urban Framework, adopted in 2015 to make improvements to Plumstead as a great place to live and work, along with the train station, new housing, gyratory traffic system, and more.

It is fabulous to see another Osborne project, undertaken in collaboration with our supply chain and client’s professional teams once again being recognised for the quality and contribution to the built environment and local communities.
