Renaissance Project hits 98% Considerate Constructor Score

Osborne Renaissance project in the city of Brighton and Hove has achieved a 44 out of 45 score in its recent Considerate Contractor Scheme Assessment.

Senior Project Manager Jim McCormick commented “I am very proud of all the team, who have been recognised for the consideration and care they take in ensuring the wellbeing and safety of the local community and workforce. The project is situated in a populated area, flanked by a care home, primary school, and residential properties”

The Renaissance project is a complex scheme, with a new synagogue, nursery, classroom, café, modern apartments, and luxury town houses in the heart of Hove, East Sussex.

Jim added “I am also delighted to see that our customer has had an extremely high degree of interest in the new apartments and town houses. We completed the show home last month, and viewings are well underway whilst the site continues to operate normally.”
