Vicky Fordham-Lewis announced to join ICS as Vice President

We are delighted to share that  Managing Director for Osborne Property Services, Vicky Fordham-Lewis, has joined the Institute of Customer Service board of Vice Presidents. This board acts as a sounding board for new initiatives.

The Institute of Customer Service is the UK’s independent body that strives to improve business performance by enhancing customer experience in businesses across the UK. The institute works with businesses, the public sector, and the government to strengthen our economy by positioning the UK as world leaders in customer service.

Vicky Fordham-Lewis, Managing Director for Osborne Property Services has successfully, and proudly positioned the customer in the Osborne boardroom. With extensive experience within the housing sector, working her way up through various roles into senior leadership, Vicky has consistently driven operational efficiencies, resulting in the development of an enhanced service for customers.

Joining Osborne in August 2020, during what was a very challenging time for frontline teams. Vicky heavily invested in her people by working hard to create a culture where people felt safe, valued, and empowered to make decisions in the best interest of the customer. This investment has seen a real return on the business, as employee engagement continues to enhance the workforce strategy which has a real focus on retaining and attracting new talent as the business prepares to deliver against the central government’s carbon zero commitments.

Vicky is a passionate and strategic leader, who has invaluable knowledge of the housing sector, and a customer centric approach to service delivery. . Her passion, knowledge, and drive will be a great addition to the vice president’s board at the Institute of Customer Service. We look forward to developing this partnership and being able to share knowledge with other industry leaders.
