Osborne awarded position on the Building Better Framework

Osborne has secured a position on the Building Better Framework.

Building Better is a National Housing Federation-backed alliance of 30 housing associations and local authorities.  Set up in 2018, it offers public sector customers the opportunity to procure high quality, sustainable, offsite homes.
