The Road to Recovery Leadership Panel

Description

Andy Steele will be part of this leadership panel to find out more about the task ahead for the Construction industry in recovering from COVID-19. The objective is to share industry best practice with speakers joining us from the likes of Build UK, the Construction Leadership Council, Government, as well as some of the leading firms in Construction.

The panel:

– Fergus Harradence – Deputy Director, Construction at Department for Business. Energy, Industrial Strategy (BEIS)
– Ann Bentley – Board Director at Rider Levett Bucknall & Member of the Construction Leadership Council

The panel will cover a range of topics including:

• The current challenges in restarting work on-site, particularly around contractual risk & spiralling costs on projects
• Growing demand & pipeline across the supply chain
• Ensuring this isn’t a negative chapter for the industry by championing value-based procurement
• How change can come about to protect and support the industry’s prosperity
• Transforming productivity on sites to make up for lost ground and equip everyone better moving forwards

The aim of this is that you leave the session with a more certain feeling about your path forward to thrive through the crisis, as well as being prepared strategically for this to happen again. We’ll also be sending everyone who attends a copy of our Road to Recovery Leadership Playbook.
