Osborne Announces Changes at Group Holdings Board

Chairman Andrew Osborne has announced changes to the Osborne Group Holdings Board with Dave Smith joining the business and Alison Littley stepping down.

Osborne is delighted to welcome Dave Smith as new Non-Executive Director.

Andrew commented: “With over 40 years in construction, Dave has been instrumental in building and leading successful privately owned and plc’s businesses. Dave brings a wealth of professional experience including leading award-winning corporate responsibility and sustainability programmes. I am certain Dave will add greatly to the Board and we are all looking forward to working with him as we embark on our exciting new strategy.”

Dave Smith’s previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Construction MD at Wates and Managing Director positions at McLaren Group and Balfour Beatty.

Following the sale of the Osborne Infrastructure business, Alison Littley has decided to step down from the Board. Andrew added: “I would like to thank Alison for the excellent contribution she has made and the support she has provided to me and to the Executive. It has been a great pleasure working with Alison over the last three years.”
