Osborne appoints Managing Director of Developments Business

Osborne has announced the appointment of David Walters as Managing Director of their Developments Business.

Group Chief Executive Dave Smith commented:

“David joined Osborne in 2018 to create a Build to Rent strategy for the business. David has supported the creation of a comprehensive team of property development specialists and has been instrumental in securing the major investment partner PGIM. A Joint Venture that will commit more than £250m of spending into new Build to Rent developments over the next two years, with those schemes being delivered on site over the next five to seven years.”

David Walters added:
