Financial Controller
Innovare Systems are a specialist Structured Insulated Panel(SIP) solutions provider. We are the only business in the UK to design, engineer, manufacture, deliver and install their own system. We are based up in Coventry where we have our Head Office and our manufacturing facility. The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller for the Innovare business based at our Coventry site. This role will report into the Managing Director and Group Finance Director where you will manage and control the finance function to ensure financial performance meets targets, budgets and business plan. This is a pivotal role within the senior management team as the business continues to grow and evolve and will involve the Financial Controller to analyse and deconstruct business to drive productivity improvement and influence change. This role will offer the individual the opportunity help shape and build the future within the business.
What are we looking for
We are looking for a qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) Financial Controller with proven experience of managing the full spectrum of accounting and able to develop a function through performance improvement. You will be analytical in your approach to identify these opportunities and able to influence your stakeholder and customer group to evolve the function in line with the business plan. You will be involved with preparation of monthly finance reports (P&L, Order book, Forecast), preparing budgets and forecasts, sub contract procurement and payments, cost value reconciliations for all contracts, managing WIP/debtors and all financial management processes.
