Policies and Statements
For Osborne, success is measured by how we meet our customers’ needs and by providing solutions that go far beyond the physical delivery of the project for the benefit of users and the wider community.
Our core values underpin every aspect of how we do business working openly and collaboratively with our customers, supply chain and partners to achieve the very best outcomes whilst ensuring fairness, inclusion and respect to all.
Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility
We are committed to an open and honest way of doing business. Our responsibility to our people, the community and the environment is put into action on every project, every day. As a family owned business, we are able to take a long term view and our approach to sustainability is driven by our values. We want to be a good corporate citizen. Not just because it is good business sense but because it is the right thing to do.
We manage our approach in four different areas: marketplace, workplace, environment and community.
Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to maintaining high standards of security and confidentiality for all information in our custody and control. Such information includes business information, trade secrets, know-how and personal data relating to you, customers, tenants, company representatives and contractors.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
We are committed to ensuring that the diversity of employees, customers and suppliers is valued and viewed positively and as something to be harnessed for the benefit of the company.
The most important contribution that we can make to the social and material progress of the environment in which we operate is to perform basic activities as efficiently and considerately as possible.
Fraud, Corruption and Anti-Bribery
It is our policy to conduct all of our business in an honest and ethical manner. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships wherever we operate and implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery.
Osborne has a zero-tolerance approach to Modern Slavery – any instance of Modern Slavery in Osborne’s business or supply chain is a breach of the core values of the business.
Safety, Health, Environment and Quality
We recognise that to continuously improve our health, safety, environmental and quality performance, everyone representing the group must take individual ownership when they see things that could be improved. This is implicit in our journey to a generative and inclusive culture. We have a dedicated SHE professional team committed to providing a great working environment for everyone who interacts with Osborne, whether they be customers, employees, subcontractors, suppliers or members of the public. It is our focus to continuously improve our performance and be assured we are doing the right thing. Our values translate into solutions for our customers and projects that are delivered on time, within budget and to the right quality. Our responsibility extends to the widest possible horizon to create a sustainable future – socially, economically and environmentally.
