Listed Buildings

We have considerable experience in renovating and converting listed buildings and working in conservation areas. Our managers, consultants and supply chain understand the challenge of managing change in heritage buildings.  As well as four phases of modernisation works at the grade II listed Hackney Town Hall, we have also worked on the grade II listed Chichester Festival Theatre and on three listed buildings for Cadogan Estates.

We work with Historic England, local authorities and other agencies to develop the best approach for each project. Our capacity to combine traditional techniques, sourcing bespoke materials and products and integrating modern technology are essential aspects of our role as a construction partner in this type of building.
