Our partners, Dacorum Borough Council, regularly encourage tenants to ‘Get Involved’ in the Housing Service.
During 2017, they re-launched their Tenant Inspector Initiative. Osborne have been working closely with the group as part of our Total Asset Management contract. Since the re-launch of the programme, the Tenant Inspectors have carried out mystery shopper calls to our call centres and made visits to our Empty Homes and Planned Works Sites.
