In Lewisham the council wanted to re-purpose vacant land to create 93 new secondary school places at Greenvale School for young people with profound special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The new satellite facility would be a big step towards delivering their SEND programme and improving the area for the local community.
Early collaboration has produced a design which exploits off-site technology and modern methods of construction for a new build educational facility that can be created faster and greener and importantly is future proofed for vertical expansion.
