Issue

As part of an ongoing 14-year development and following completion of phases 1-3 and the Landmark building, Osborne were appointed Phase 4 of the Kender regeneration to deliver a mixed tenure housing development under the Hyde Housing Framework.

The key requirement for the customer for this project surrounded the delivery of safe, modern homes for the community that would guarantee added project value, keep costs down, and increase the sales potential for the units.
