Covid-19 caused a rapid and dramatic decline in the construction sector with 47% of companies reporting a massive 80% reduction in activity during April 2020 at the start of lockdown.
The Construction Leaders Council is advocating a three-stage approach: restart, reset, and reinvent to kick start the economy and define the future of the industry.
