Development Manager – London, Infrastructure

We are currently recruiting for a Development Manager to work within our Infrastructure sector to support the successful delivery of a portfolio of development works for both Network Rail and Osborne. This entails taking accountability for the development of schemes through design and other development activities to hand over to our delivery teams to construct. The role forms a key part of the Development Team and work closely with our customers, stakeholders, our main design partner, other designers, supplier partners and our delivery teams to create solutions that delight our customers, are of a high quality and within the financial targets set and in line with agreed programmes.
What are we looking for
The successful candidate will possess a degree/HND qualification or similar in a Civil Engineering or related course or gained experience through work related training and experience. With excellent design management skills and engineering knowledge and a good level of IT/programming skills, you will be SMSTS competent, be in possession of up to date CSCS, PTS and other identified training. You will work effectively with people at all levels and be comfortable challenging convention to ensure that we move forward as a business and that we continue to best support our customers through value driven solutions.
